Reporting to the Manager, Design Center
Location: Mississauga, Ontario

As a system design engineer you will be working in a team environment contributing to design and development of a digital TV project. This position is based in Mississauga.

Responsibilities
· Design of video products from concept to manufacturing
· System, circuit design and layout
· Assessment of product feasibility
· Test planning and prototype evaluation
· Preparation of technical reviews and product documentation
· Strong team participation
· Maintain design and technology industry awareness

Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
· Minimum of 4 years high speed design experience
· Design and modeling expertise in digital, analog, FPGA and Micro-controller
· Experience in: Video
· Experience in: PROTEL, C
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team
