Job Description: Maintain a complete awareness of Fire & Emergency operations, Hotel mechanical and electrical services, HVAC scheduling, Seasonal mechanical servicing.
Maintain the following all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, fire prevention and building & energy management
Be an active member of the Hotel Emergency Response Team
Ensure that CCTV tapes are properly rotated
Maintain confidentiality of all department and hotel report
Job Requirements: 2 or more years of maintenance and trouble-shooting experience in a first class hotel, hospital, government or high-rise building
Building Operators certificates - Province of Ontario
Computer training, Honeywell Controls and MS software
Ability to prioritize and organize
Ability to focus on attention to detail
Ability to ensure safety and security of all persons and property
Abilty to work without direct supervision
Ability to understand plans, specifications and technical documention
Ability to perform basic job functions from major trades such as; carpentry, electrical, masonary, painting etc.
Management Position? No
Entry Level Position? No
Work Permit Needed? Applicants who do not already have legal permission to work in Canada will not be considered.

Salary Range: CA $18.00-CA $21.00 / Hour
