Job Title: Developer/Programmer
Job Description:
Join a software company developing leading edge antivirus software.

This position requires C++ and Java programming in Unix and Windows
environments. This is a hands-on role working with complex problems
requiring very sharp analysis and design skills. Candidates must be
self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment with minimal
supervision.

Skills:

• Successful candidates must have 5+ years of
engineering/development experience
• Experience in developing backend software for highly scalable,
multi-tiered applications using Java and / or C++
• Ability to implement core pieces of program functionality
• Must have solid understanding of multi-thread usage in Java
and C++
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and
patterns
• Practical application in real world designs and
implementations.
• Requires good communication skills with technical audiences.
• Must demonstrate versatility, motivation, and ability to learn
quickly.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline required.

Bonus Skills

• AI programming experience is a bonus
• Experience in a security environment or with security software is
advantageous.
• Solid understanding of network architecture, TCP/IP and HTTP.

Consideration given to how recent/current required skills and
