Job Description: HORSE RACING MANAGER (FULL TIME)
Location: somewhere on an island
Company Introduction: Overall management of an offshore horse racing product for a progression and innovative Online Gaming company.
Job Description & Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
 Strong management and communication skills
 Able to problem solve and develop strong relationships with customers
 Operationally and detailed oriented
 Team player
Responsible for the daily administration and management of the Horse Racing product. Daily administration tasks include:
• Grading of Races
• Checking for Past Post Wagers
• Voiding Tickets
• Manually Entering Results
• Checking for Open Tickets
• Setting Track Limits
• Updating Track List and Track Information
• Checking and Maintaining Horse Racing Feed Operation.
• Using Proprietary Administration tools to crediting of Horse Racing Cash Back & Casino Cash Back
• Checking the site on a daily basis. Placing wagers and checking live odds as well as every other page in the back end and the completion of the daily Horse Racing check list
Managing players accounts
• Managing players reported errors. Problem solving customers various inquiries
• Risk Management-foul play or manipulation of our system by players
Responsible for maintaining the horse racing software. This includes:
• overseeing regular software upgrades
• testing the upgrade in pre production environment
• communicating upgrades to the necessary departments and customer base.
Liaising with Horse Racing Software provider to ensure software is optimized and a positive working relationship is maintained with software representatives.
Overall Horse Racing Product Development
• Constantly looking for ways to improve the horse racing product and features offered to customers.
Reporting
• Providing feedback on a daily basis to the COO on the financial and operational performance of the horse racing product
