Job Description : This position must maintain a high customer service focus with attention to detail, accuracy, and due dates along with possessing knowledge and significant experience with Domino 5.0 and higher, Quickplace, and Sametime systems. Responsibilities may include: • Monitor system and service availability of entire HQWeb environment. • Perform routine maintenance procedures • Monitor ticket queues and work tickets through resolution or escalation. • Provide Level 2-3 support for HQWEB Applications. • Provide Level 2-3 support for Quickplace and Sametime Systems. • Ensure that all procedures are being followed as prescribed in the Operations Guide. • Responsible for documenting and adhering to system security, standardization, client and team established policies. • Coordinate, communicate, and document any scheduled or unscheduled outages. • Team participation and delivery of complex projects expected. • Identifying key issues to assist in a win-win resolution. Minimum Qualifications: • Secret clearance or higher • Bachelor’s degree required • 4-6 years professional experience • Knowledge of Domino System Administration concepts to include: Cluster Management, Replication, Web/HTTP, SSL, LDAP, SMTP. • Basic knowledge of Networking essentials to include: IP Management, DNS, and Firewall concepts. • Basic knowledge of Hardware Management • Basic knowledge of applications to include Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel and Power Point.
