ABOUT THE JOB To create excellence in the area of availability, balancing range & space, and forecasting and ordering in the store in order to achieve agreed service levels at lowest possible cost.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT Your tasks will include:
• Support S3 manager and sales with the range management in line with country decisions
• Responsible for the timely registration of the needed order and forecast parameters in the system
• Provide shopkeepers with relevant availability information for active sales steering in the store
• Act as a coach to secure the proper use of order methods to secure availability
• Analyse and steer the ordering process to avoid shortage and overstock situations
• Control the basic logistics procedures, including stock movements and system transactions
• Act as the main point of contact in the store for all range administration and operational supply related questions
YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office Excel and Word
• Ability to work both on tactical and operational level
• Specialist profile with the ability to act as a trainer & coach
• Experience in data analysis and inventory control
• Experience within sales and/or supply chain preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. (25 kg)
