This is a newly created position and our client is currently seeking an experienced Resident Engineer who will liaise with contractors and clients throughout the entire construction project to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the specification requirements and to the highest technical and safety standard

This talented professional must have ...

• 6 years of experience in site coordination and management and handling high-rise hotel and large scale projects
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Chinese speaking is a MUST.)
• Excellent knowledge of P&D, HVAC, Electrical and experience in NFPA / IBC and Macau Code are required
• Willing to relocate to Macau, China
