Key Responsibilities:
Performs Metadata Maintenance for SAP and Business One that includes new creation, or changes of new or current GL Accounts, Cost Centers and Profit Centers for both hierarchy “1000” and “DIRECT” (current HFM structure), and SAP ‘Exception Rules’ table.
Actively performs HFM Metadata maintenance and adheres to metadata maintenance policy by logging changes and maintaining binder with approvals. Communicates all changes to HP/HFM ensuring all applications remain in synch.
Accurately performs the Month-end Close, FX rate Maintenance, ReconNet data load, data reconciliation, coordinates the sub-ledger closing for A/P, A/R and Fixed Asset, performs systematic FX valuation, provides user support on GL close and GL posts for Mass Journal Reversals, for both SAP and Business One.
Provides technical support to new and existing end users.
Performs unit testing and integration testing for new development items that affecting SAP and HFM. Coordinates with IT on role security testing.
Administrates, coordinates and maintains FIRST Team Business Process Procedures documentation with team mates. This documentation includes SAP, HP, HFM, Banking, SAP Month-End Tasks, Business One month-end Task, and “How to” documents.
Coordinates and loads the annual budget to SAP using ‘Winshuttle’.
Coordinates and works with IT to load ‘IT Forecast’ on an ‘adhoc request’ basis.
Backup support to HFM and HP processes.
Must Have Skills
