Job Qualifications:
Solid understanding of IPTV E2E solution and flows
Ability to work with other 3PP platform provider and Client in debugging issues and RCA
Analytical ability in reading/translating HLD work stream to validate solution E2E
Written skills to create test cases based on requirements and use cases
Ability to execute test cases based on test procedure
Quick learner to be able to configure/troubleshoot/Integrate Ericsson nodes to rest of the solution
Effectively communicate technical issues, bugs, restrictions, or road blocks during software testing for all platforms
Including specific platforms MDMS,SCF,CMS, MSMW, IPTV proxy
Ability to review peers and feedback and provide technical feedback if any required
Ability to translate customer comments into test cases/working solution or configuration in platforms
Preferred Hand-on knowledge of IPTV platform such as CMS,MDMS,MSMW,IPTV,CDN proxy, SCF to be able to write executable steps/execute steps required to
Test a functionality as per HLD and use cases
Troubleshoot, think analytically and be a problem solver for at least two of Ericsson core nodes in the solution
IP routing and networking is a plus
Re-test and verify bug fixes
Be familiar with End user client testing for STB or OTT devices
