this really depends - someone worked for more than 10 years, someone left after a few months -yellowmaple(maple); 2015-4-13 {192} (#9378967@0)
Regarding the job security, I would say this center is ok - the reason this center has so many opening now is because same position in the center costs much lower than in NY, HK and Singapore.
