Deliverables
 Confirm and validate data migration metrics
 Prepare the database design/structure document based on the requirement
 Prepare scripts and documentation for the ETL process , document test plan, test cases and results to ensure accurate data migration
 Document the new requirements and complete analysis and design document
 Prepare the database design/structure document based on the requirement
 Build the dimensional data model for Data warehouse and data Mart
 Develop the Informatica ETL process and test for automation as per design specification
 Capture and document the ETL rules and process changes
 Develop oracle 11 database test and migration SQL scripts
 Implement the new ETL process in the development and Production environments
 Implement and populate the DW and DM Dimensional model
 Knowledge transfer and documentation as prescribed by the Project Manager/Manager

Assist with documentation of BI reporting requirements, use cases and test cases
 Work with Cognos designer/developer to gather the use case scenarios
 Test , Debug and document data conversion issues
 Document test cases to ensure expected functionality test is completed


Technical Skills
 Experience in translating business requirements and use cases into ETL process
 Experience in the development and implementation of complex ETL applications in N-tier application system environment
 Knowledge and experience in Dimensional modelling in a large data warehouse environment (1 TB+)
 In-Depth knowledge and experience in analysis, design, development, and testing of Extraction, Transformation and Load (ETL) processes in a data warehouse environment.
 8-10 years ETL implementation experience in large Unix platforms.
 Extensive knowledge and experience with automated ETL tools Informatica
 Extensive experience with Oracle database 11g and 12 c administration.
 Thorough Knowledge and experience with SQL, PL/SQL.
 Knowledge of performance considerations in different database environments.
 ETL process automation knowledge and experience
 Extensive experience in identifying repeating patterns and creating ETL scripting templates for code reuse
 Extensive experience in writing high performing and complex etl scripts for complex dimensional models
 Extensive experience in transforming large sized data upward of 1 TB with 800 + columns
 Experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments
 Experience in the use of data and process modelling methodologies, techniques and tools, including a working knowledge of metadata structures, repository functions, and data dictionaries
 Knowledge and experience in working with PHI data and ICD-10 codes
 Knowledge of HIPA (Health Information Protection Act) and other Health related standards
 System artifact creation and documentation experience.
 Experience in Data Profiling Tool like Trillium
