(Primary service areas – Mississauga and Brampton)
Responsibilities
-Diagnose Internet (DSL and Cable) problems in minimal time and solve the problems in customer site by using company-owned vehicle
-Ensure overall customer satisfaction
-Support and facilitate involvement of company initiatives
-Any other job responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
-Understanding basic knowledge of networking and computer
-Hold a Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
-Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
