2, What web browser?

3, Do you sign out at night, and sign in again in the morning, when you experience the issue?

4, Do you close the browser window at night, and visit Rolia from a new browser window?

5, When you say "不能匿名", does it mean the checkbox of 匿名 is hidden? Could you make a screenshot when it happens?
